Carleen has over 14 years of experience in the municipal engineering field. She received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 2004 and worked at the SCI-FI Engineering Summer Science Camps at the college throughout her university days. Areas of practice and expertise include roadway rehabilitation and drainage improvements for municipalities along with servicing plans for residential, commercial, and industrial land development including site grading, water and wastewater servicing, storm water management, and roadway construction. Carleen has been involved with planning for growth initiatives, providing infrastructure and asset management studies for communities in Saskatchewan.

She co-founded the Female Engineers Architects and Technologists (FEAT) luncheon group to provide women in STEM related fields to network at monthly events. Carleen loves the outdoors and can be found at her cabin enjoying summer and winter lake activities with her husband and daughter.
